SUPPORT & SAFETY NET FUNDS

The Asotin County Fairs Livestock Sale has historically been the most successful sale in the area.   This success comes from the communities’ continued support and more specifically your individual support at the sale.

We welcome you to the Asotin County Fair and again ask for your support at the livestock sale held in the GUY BENNETT Sale Arena.

You can Support the Sale in Three Ways:

FIRST:  by purchasing an animal at the auction, which may be re-sold at the posted support price.   Then you as a buyer would pay the difference.   Or you could retain ownership of the animal for your own use and you would pay the full price.

SECOND:   You may add a specific dollar amount of support to any of the 4-H or FFA livestock sale participants.   You do this by completing a support form which is available at the Sales Office at the Fair Grounds or clicking on the SUPPORT FORM link below.   The sales office is located by the hog barn/sale arena.    If you are a business that is also purchasing animals we are happy to bill you for auction animals and support.
THIRD: By  supporting the safety net fund – just complete the support form and mark SAFETY NET FUND.  These funds are much appreciated as it enables us to utilize the funds where they are needed most.
SUPPORT FORMS are due NO LATER than the Friday after fair to allow time to include in the Auction & Support Notice that is given to the 4-H & FFA participants to prepare their thank you letters.  Support received after Friday after fair will not be accepted.

SUPPORT FORM

If you cannot attend the sale, you can call a board director with your specific instructions.   The Asotin County Fair Livestock Sale is conducted by volunteers and it takes the communities financial support to make it successful.   We thank you for your past support and respectfully as for your continued support.
